Hale Forster, PhD
At Limetree, Hale ensures that behavioral science innovation is at the foundation of every Limetree project. She works with clients to identify and deploy the right behavioral science tools for each project, from customer surveys to journey mapping to communications audits.
Hale has 14 years of experience applying behavioral science to help people thrive. Marrying academic knowledge with industry and applied research expertise, she has worked with dozens of clients in sectors from energy to healthcare to understand customers and design marketing, communications, and interventions that support positive behavior change.
Hale received her PhD in Psychology from Columbia University, where she studied judgment and decision-making. She is the past President of the Society for Environmental, Conservation, and Population Psychology.
Hale lives in Portland, Oregon. When she’s not working, you can find her outside on a mountain or in the woods with her partner Jeff and their dog Rosie.
